
Nearly completely leveled by bombs during World War II, Dresden was rebuilt from the ground up, imitating Baroque architecture from the past. Some who miss the "old" Berlin now see Dresden as cooler, younger, hipper.
Embracing life in Berlin and everything it has to offer. I enjoy the openness that comes with the variety of neighborhoods tucked between the crisscrossing U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and tram lines.
It's also within striking distance of the Sächsische Schweiz and Prague.
