Erika Lafata founded Two Hearts Travel, an independent agency based in Frisco, Texas, affiliated with KHM Travel Group and the Travel Leaders Network. With over thirteen years in the travel industry, she specializes in designing custom group travel experiences, primarily focusing on destination weddings, honeymoons, and romantic getaways to all-inclusive resorts across Mexico and the Caribbean. She also plans corporate incentive trips and a range of social group excursions. Her deep understanding of key destinations, including Riviera Maya, Playa Mujeres, Los Cabos, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Hawaii, and Jamaica, is rooted in over 120 personal visits, reflecting her belief in firsthand experience. This extensive knowledge is complemented by certifications as a Mexico and Jamaica Destination Specialist, an AMResorts Master Agent, and a Certified Hawai'i Destination Specialist. Lafata is also a graduate of The Equality Institute, underscoring her commitment to serving LGBTQ+ travelers. Prior to her travel career, she spent 23 years in the media industry, a background that honed her skills in client relations and event planning.
