BLANKSPACES Venice

Gated coworking campus with five buildings, secure on-site parking, and a mix of shared and private workspaces. Its main event hall is built for large functions, anchored by a professional A/V system and a massive 30-foot LED screen.

On a busy corner of Venice Boulevard, the entire BLANKSPACES campus is set behind a gate, creating a private compound of five separate buildings. This layout provides a distinct sense of seclusion from the street, and the on-site, gated parking is a major logistical advantage in this part of town. Once inside, you’ll find a mix of outdoor gardens and different work environments designed to function independently or together. The campus is divided into several types of workspaces. There’s an open-concept lounge for casual coworking, more structured dedicated desks for regulars, and a range of private offices for small teams. Some of the larger office suites even have their own exterior entrances, operating as self-contained units within the compound. For smaller meetings, several rooms are available to rent by the hour, each equipped with whiteboards and TVs for presentations. A key piece of the campus is the 3,800-square-foot event venue. The space is built around a massive 30-foot LED wall and a professional AV system, making it a common choice for corporate presentations, fundraisers, and workshops. It’s also highly adaptable for private parties, with large sliding doors that open to the garden and enough flexibility to set up a full bar, a DJ, and a dance floor. It's not uncommon to see a food truck parked just outside for an event. Beyond the primary work and event areas, members can get an add-on for the on-site gym, which includes a sauna, showers, and towel service. The compound also runs a virtual office service, providing businesses with a physical mailing address on either Venice Boulevard or Abbot Kinney.
