A coastal city for slow-paced travel. Dana Point offers boutique lodging and ample access to the Californian waters - whether it's for surfing or year-round whale watching. The Headlands Conservation Area is also worth a visit.
Sunsets at Sunset Cliffs are a must (obviously). I take too many photos of palm trees.
