With a capacity of just 53 guests, the bar maintains a sense of intimacy despite the expansive backdrop. The menu is centered on a modern grill concept with distinct Japanese culinary influences, a vision directed by Executive Chef Seumas Smith. The kitchen focuses on meticulous technique and fresh produce, turning out dishes like Westholme wagyu flat iron steak and iberico pork chops. There are a few house rules to be aware of. A strict dress code is in effect, so while Bermudas are permitted, singlets, slippers, and flip-flops are not, and closed-toe shoes are required for entry.
