Capital of Lower Austria and home to a mixture of Baroque and modern architecture. Popular examples of the former include the cathedral and Rathaus (townhall). Landtagsschiff, the state parliament building, is a contemporary landmark.
Vienna has all the creativity of a world-class city & all the charm of a cozy village. It's a slower pace of life here that I enjoy. It might not have the nightlife of bigger cities, it goes toe-to-toe in regards to beauty, culture, & food.
